1. If the PIR sensor is flashing red, reset your Security Camera as connection has been lost with the Sync Module 2.

2. Replace the batteries in your Security Camera.

3. Ensure the Sync Module 2 is within range of your router.
4. Ensure the router is not surrounded by large solid objects which can block the signal.
5. Installing a router near cordless phones or microwaves can interrupt the Wi-Fi signal.
6. Ensure the Wi-Fi setting is a 2.4GHz network.
7. If the problem persists, reset your router.
