• 1. Factory resetting the Sync Module 2 removes all device connections.
    The device will still show in your app, you will also need to remove the Module and system, before setting it up again.
  • 2. Unplug the Sync Module 2 from the mains.
  • 3. Locate the reset button on the back of the Sync Module 2.
  • 4. Press and hold the reset button.
  • 5. Continue to hold the reset button and plug the Sync Module 2 back into the mains.
  • 6. When a red LED flashes, release the reset button.
  • 7. A flashing blue and solid green LED indicates the Sync Module 2 has been reset and is ready to be setup.
  • 8. Launch the Blink Home Monitor app on your phone.
  • 9. Touch Settings.
  • 10. Touch Device and System Settings.
  • 11. Touch the desired system (E.g., home).
  • 12. Touch Delete System.
  • 13. Touch OK.
  • 14. Touch Home.
  • 15. The Sync Module 2 has been factory reset and removed from your blink account.
