- Accessing the factory reset option on your Amazon Fire Kids Tablet, you need to be in the adult profile.
- 1. From the home screen, touch Settings.
- 2. Scroll to and select Device Options.
- 3. Scroll down to and select Reset to Factory Defaults.
- 4. Enter your PIN.
- 5. Touch CONTINUE.
- 6. Touch RESET.
