1. Turn the Amazon Fire Kids Tablet off when not in use.
2. Press the power button, until you hear a beep.
3. The side menu bar will appear. Touch Power off.
4. The Amazon Fire Kids Tablet will turn off.
5. If a new app has been installed, this could be the cause. Uninstall the app.

6. Restart your Amazon Fire Kids Tablet. This can clear bugs and app issues.
7. Press the power button, until you hear a beep.
8. The side menu bar will appear. Touch Restart.
9. The Amazon Fire Kids Tablet will restart.
10. Factory reset your Amazon Fire Kids Tablet.
Warning: Factory resetting your Amazon Fire Kids Tablet will delete all user data, photos and apps.
