  • 1. Say, "Alexa, hang up.".
  • 2. Turn the Drop In function OFF.
  • 3. Check you voice history on the Alexa App. You may have accidentally started a call or Drop In.
    Touch More > Settings > Alexa Privacy > Review Voice History.
