5. Try to keep your Echo Dot (3rd Gen) Smart Speaker — 866/3968 away from walls, other speakers or areas of background noise. This will help Alexa to hear you better.
6. Try to speak naturally and clearly.
7. Try saying "Alexa, did you hear me?".
8. If possible, be more specific with your question.
9. If the problem persists, unplug your device and plug it back in again.
