Your Echo Dot (3rd Gen) Smart Speaker — 866/3968 has an active call or Drop In ready for you. If you didn't expect a call or Drop In you can cancel using the below steps.
1. Say, "Alexa, hang up.".
2. Turn the Drop In function OFF.
3. Check you voice history on the Alexa App. You may have accidentally started a call or Drop In.
Touch More > Settings > Alexa Privacy > Review Voice History.
