Clean the condenser (condenser only)
Always make sure that you unplug the tumble dryer from the mains before you start any maintenance.
Warning: Do not use Abrasive cleaners, sharp instruments, soap, household cleaner, detergent or flammable fluids. They may damage the tumble dryer and may cause a fire.
CAUTION: The condenser MUST in place and be cleaned after each use.
- 1. Clean the condenser when the condenser cleaning warning indicator illuminates, or after 30 drying cycles or once a month.
- 2. Wait for the tumble dryer to cool down before cleaning the condenser.
- 3.
Unplug the tumble dryer from the mains power.
- 4. Locate the plinth cover.
- 5.
Using the plinth opening slot open the plinth cover.
- 6. Release the 2 cover locks which hold the condenser in place.
- 7. Pull the condenser out.
- 8.
Using running water, clean the condenser. Then allow the condenser time to drain off.
- 9.
Replace the condenser.
- 10.
Lock back into place the 2 cover locks.
- 11.
Close the plinth cover.
- 12.
Plug the tumble dryer back into the mains power.
