  • 1. Ensure you use power lead and power adapter that came with the Chromecast.
  • 2. Unplug your Chromecast from the mains power.
  • 3. Unplug the Chromecast from the HDMI, then plug it back in.
  • 4. Wait 1 minute, then plug the Chromecast back into the mains power.
  • 5. Ensure the TV is on the same source as the port the Chromecast is plugged into.
