• If you come to use your iPhone and the screen is black and unresponsive, try the following:
  • 1. Press and quickly release Volume up.
  • 2. Press and quickly release Volume down.
  • 3. Press and hold the Power button in until the Apple logo appears. This can take up to 40 seconds.
  • 4. Your iPhone should now start.
