• 1. You will need to allow Alexa access to your contacts lists to use the function. Open the Alexa App.

  • 3. To make a call touch Drop In.
  • 4. You will need to allow Drop In to use this function. Touch My Communication Settings.
  • 5. Touch the Allow Drop In toggle.
  • 6. Touch OK.
  • 7. Touch Drop In.
  • 8. Touch the desired device.
  • 9. Your Drop In session will begin.
