• 1. Ensure that your Bluetooth device is fully charged and close to your Echo Dot (3rd Gen) Smart Speaker — 866/3968 when pairing.

    Check that the device you wish to connect has Bluetooth technology and that it’s turned on.

  • 3. Turn the Bluetooth off on your smartphone, then turn it back on again.
  • 4. If you've previously paired your Bluetooth device, remove your paired Bluetooth device from Alexa. Then try pairing it again.
