Remote control is not working
1. Change the batteries in the remote control.
2. Check the remote control is sending a signal to your TV.
3. Open the camera app on the phone and switch to the front facing camera.
4. Aim the remote control at the camera and repeatedly press buttons on the remote control.
5. If you can see the remote control’s infra-red LED flashing on the phone screen, the remote control is working and sending a signal to your TV.
