Getting to know your air fryer

Main unit – Contains the cooking chamber.
2. Removable door — The door can be removed to make cleaning easier.
3. Control panel - Used to set cooking times and temperatures.

Air flow racks – Used to ensure the food placed inside the air fryer evenly cooked on all sides.
5. Rotisserie shaft — Used to attach the rotisseries forks and the rotating wheels, so that food can be evenly cooked as the shaft rotates.

Rotisserie forks – Used to secure food in place on the rotisserie spit and allows even cooking as the food rotates.
7. 10 skewers and rotating wheels — Used for cooking kebabs, appetizers or finger food, as they rotate on the wheel the food is evenly cooked.
8. Rotisserie handle — Used to insert and remove the rotisserie fork.
9. Oil drip tray — Used to catch any excess oil or fat that drips from the food during the cooking process.
10. Wire rack — Used for cooking toast, laying food on and a stand for the reversible grill plate.
11. Reversible grill plate — Used for cooking fresh or frozen pizzas, a griddle for chargrill style burgers, steaks, fish etc.
12. Heat-proof silicone finger mitts — Used to protect your fingers from heat when handling hot items and are very easy to clean.

Air vents – Used to release excess heat and steam which can help prevent the air fryer from overheating.
14. Air inlet — Used to allow fresh air into the air fryer to help circulate help evenly cook the food, regulate the temperature and prevent pressure from building up.
15.
Power cord – Used to connect the air fryer to the mains power.
16. Carry handles — Used to safely move the air fryer from one location to another.
Caution: Ensure the air fryer has cooled down before moving to another location.
