How do I reset my Start 25?
This feature lets you erase all content and settings from your TomTom Start 25.
Warning: all settings and saved routes will be erased. This action cannot be undone.
1. Touch Reset factory settings.
2. Touch YES.
3. Select Full and touch Done.
4. Read the warning.
5. Touch YES.
6. The Start 25 will now reset and restart to a welcome screen.
7. You will now be advised to register an account on the TomTom website if you haven't already.
8. Touch Next to set your home location.
9. Select your home country from the list and touch Search.
10. Set the language by selecting it from the list.
11. Touch Next.
Touch Change language to change the language before continuing.
12. Select Your home country and touch Search.
13. Select Your home city from the list or search.
14. Select Your home street from the list or search.
15. You will be asked to share your navigational information with TomTom, touch Yes or No to continue, or touch More info for further information regarding this request.
16. Read the legal warning and touch I Agree.
17. Touch Done to complete the factory reset process.
