Getting to know your TV

DIGITAL AUDIO OUT OPTICAL – Used to connect a compatible amplifier or sound bar.

LAN – Used to connect your TV to a local network for file sharing and the internet access via an Ethernet cable.

3.5mm Headphone Socket - Used to connect audio devices such as headphones, mobile phones and sound bars.
4. AV IN - Used to connect such equipment as a DVD player, digital set-top box and other AV devices with component video sockets.

USB 3.0 – Used to connect a USB device to playback media such as photos, music or films, or to carry out firmware upgrades.
Note: The USB is not designed to charge or power external devices or mobile phones.

Common Interface (CI) Slot - Used to insert a CI card which allows you to view all the channels that you are subscribed to.

HDMI 3 eARC/ARC – Used to connect high definition equipment such as a Sky+HD Box, Blu-Ray player or game console. Also outputs TV audio to HDMI-eARC/ARC equipment such as a sound bar.
8. SATELLITE - Used to connect a satellite box.

ANTENNA / CABLE IN – Used to connect a digital aerial, cable or satellite box.
10.
HDMI 2 – Used to connect high definition equipment such as a Sky+HD Box, Blu-Ray player or game console. Also outputs TV audio to HDMI-eARC equipment such as a sound bar.

HDMI 1 – Used to connect high definition equipment such as a Sky+HD Box, Blu-Ray player or game console.
