View / delete a recording
1.
Press REC LIST.
2.
To view a recorded programme, scroll to the desired programme, then press OK.

The programme will start to play.
4. Press Play / Pause to pause the programme.
5.
Press Play / Pause to resume.
6.
Press F/Fwd to fast forward the programme.
7.
Press Rewind to rewind the programme.
8.
Press Stop to stop the programme and return to the recording list.
9.
To delete a recorded programme, scroll to the desired programme, then press the Red button.
10. The recorded programme has now been deleted. Press EXIT.
