Reset network settings
1. Swipe up from the bottom of the screen to access all apps.
2. Touch Settings.
3. Scroll to and touch General management.
4. Scroll to and touch Reset.
5. Scroll to and touch Reset mobile network settings.
6. Touch Reset settings.
7. Touch Reset.
8. Your network settings have now been reset. Touch Home to return to the home screen.
