Factory reset my Samsung phone
1. Swipe up from the bottom of the screen to access all apps.
2. Touch Settings.
3. Scroll to and touch General management.
4. Scroll to and touch Reset.
5. Scroll to and touch Factory data reset.
6. Scroll to and touch Reset.
7. Touch Delete all.
8. Your Samsung phone will factory reset.
