1. No LED: Idle mode. Has an online connection, and connected to Wi-Fi.

2. Spinning blue: The Video Doorbell button has been pressed.

3. Blue cycling around: Indicates the percentage of charge.

4. Blinking blue 4 times: Setup successful.

5. Spinning white: The Video Doorbell is in setup mode.

6. Blinking white on the right: Accessing the temporary Ring network access point during setup.

7. Blinking white on the top: Incorrect password entered during setup.

8. Blinking white on the left: Setup failed for a reason other than an incorrect password or accessing the Ring network access point.

9. White: Idle mode. Has an online connection, and connected to Wi-Fi.

This mode only applies when your Video Doorbell is wired to the home electrics.
