How to reinstall the TV
1. Press the SETTINGS button.
2. Scroll to All Settings and press OK.
3. Scroll to General Settings and press OK.
4. Scroll to Reinstall TV and press OK.
5. Wait while your TV reboots.
6. Wait while your TV erases the previous data on the TV.
7. Select your language (e.g. ENGLISH) and press OK.
8. Scroll down to the required network type (e.g. WIRELESS) and press OK.
9. Wait while your TV searches for Wi-Fi networks.
10. Scroll down to your Wi-Fi network and press OK.
11. Enter your wireless network password using the arrow buttons on the remote and the on-screen keyboard.
The keyboard on the back of the remote can also be used to type in the password.
12. Scroll down to the GREEN TICK icon using the arrow buttons and press the OK button to confirm the password.
13. Wait to be connected to the Wi-Fi network.
14. You are now connected. Press the OK button to FINISH.
15. Wait while your TV attempts to connect to Google.
16. Scroll to SKIP and press the OK button. This can be completed later.
You can alternatively use the other on-screen options to sign into your Google account now.
17. Press OK.
18. Select YES and press OK.
19. Scroll to the country you are in and press OK.
20. Highlight HOME USE and press OK.
21. Scroll to LATER and press OK.
22. Select INSTALL ANTENNA/CABLE and press OK.
23. Ensure that your aerial cable is fully inserted into your TV and press OK to START the channel scan.
24. Ensure that Antenna (DVB-T) is highlighted.
25. Scroll to NEXT using the arrow buttons and press OK.
26. Select Only Digital Channels.
27. Scroll to NEXT using the arrow buttons and press OK.
28. Scroll to Start using the arrow buttons and press OK to start the channel scan.
29. Wait while your TV runs through the digital channel scan.
30. Select England and scroll right to Done.
31. Press the OK button.
32. Select West and scroll right to Done.
33. Press the OK button.
34. Once the scan is complete, select Done and press the OK button.
35. Scroll to On and press OK.
36. Scroll to CONTINUE and press OK.
37. Press OK to complete the set up of your TV.
