Paired Bluetooth device not connecting
1. Swipe up from the bottom of the screen to access all apps.
2. Scroll to and touch Settings.
3. Touch Connected devices.
4.
Touch the Settings icon on the paired Bluetooth device.
5. Touch Forget.
6. Touch Forget device.
7. Touch Pair new device.
8. Touch the Bluetooth device.
9. Touch Pair.
10. The Bluetooth device has now re-paired with your phone.
If the problem persists please contact the relevant customer support number for further support.
11. Swipe up from the bottom of the screen to return to the home screen.
