Factory reset my Nokia phone
1. Swipe up from the bottom of the screen to access all apps.
2. Scroll to and touch Settings.
3. Scroll to and touch System.
4. Scroll to and touch Reset options.
5. Touch Erase all data (factory reset).
6. Scroll to and touch Erase all data.
7. Touch Erase all data.
8. Your Nokia phone will factory reset.
