Activate/disable call forwarding
1. Touch Phone.
2. Touch the Menu icon.
3. Touch Settings.
4. Touch Calling accounts.
5. Touch the active SIM.
6. Touch Call forwarding.
7. Touch Voice.
8. Touch the desired call forwarding option (E.g., When busy).
9. Touch TURN ON.
If desired edit the forwarding phone using the number pad.
10. The Forwarding when busy option has been activated.
11. To disable call forwarding, touch the desired call forwarding option (E.g., When busy).
12. Touch TURN OFF.
13. The selected Call forwarding option has been disabled.
14. Swipe up from the bottom of the screen to return to the home screen.
