Remote Not Working — Infrared Test
1. Check the Batteries are in the Remote the correct way round.
2. Perform an Infrared Remote Camera Test. To do this you will need the Remote and any Smartphone.
3. Open the Camera App on the smartphone.
4. Aim the Infrared Sensor of the remote at the smartphones main camera.
Make sure that you are able to see the screen of the smartphone.
5. Press any button on the Remote. If you can see a light flashing from the Infrared sensor of the remote, the remote is functioning correctly.
If there is no flashing, it is likely there is a sensor fault in the remote.
