Factory Reset
1. Press Settings.
2. Scroll to All and press OK.
3. Scroll to About, then scroll Right on the Directional Buttons.
4. Scroll to Restore To Factory Default and press OK.
5. Scroll to OK and press OK on the remote.
6. The device will now reset to defaults and restart.
