3. Locking Latch
Used for locking the Red Copper 5 Minute Chef lid for storage only. The Locking Latch should never be used when cooking.

Used to carry the Red Copper 5 Minute Chef.
5. Red Indicator Light
When the Red Indicator Light is on, the cooking surfaces of the Red Copper 5 Minute Chef are warming to the correct temperature.
6. Green Indicator Light
When the Green Indicator Light is on, the Red Copper 5 Minute Chef is ready to begin cooking.
