Reset network settings
1. Swipe up from the bottom of the screen to access all apps.
2. Scroll to and touch Settings.
3. Scroll to and touch System.
4. Scroll to and touch Reset options.
5. Touch Reset mobile network settings.
6. Touch Reset settings.
7. Touch Reset settings.
8. Your network settings have now been reset.
