How do I reset my Nexus 7?
This feature lets you erase all content and settings from your Google Nexus 7.
Warning: all media, data and settings will be erased. This action cannot be undone.
1. Touch APPS.
2. Touch Settings.
3. Touch Backup and reset.
4. Touch Factory data reset.
5. Read the warning and touch RESET TABLET.
6. Touch ERASE EVERYTHING.
7. Select Language and touch Next.
8. Select your Wi-Fi network from the list.
9. Type in the Password for the network and touch CONNECT.
10. Touch SKIP.
11. Type in Gmail Account information and touch NEXT.
12. Select Remind me later and touch NEXT.
13. To backup apps from a previous device, select the device from the drop down menu and press NEXT.
14. Read the Google services and touch NEXT.
15. The Nexus 7 will now be reset to the factory default setting.
