After use and storage
When the portable air conditioning unit is stored away for a long period of time, the unit needs to be fully dry.
1. Unplug the portable air conditioning unit from the mains.
2. Remove the exhaust hose.

3. Remove the drain hose.

4. Empty the lower water collection tray.
For more information, see the Emptying the lower water collection tray topic.
5. Plug the portable air conditioning unit back into the mains power.
6. Select Fan Mode and run for 12 hours.

7. Unplug the portable air conditioning unit from the mains.
8. Clean the air filter.

9. Store the portable air conditioning unit in a well ventilated room, away from any heat source.
