Not receiving motion notifications
1. Launch the Blink Home Monitor app on your phone.
2. Check that the Video Doorbell is armed and motion detection is activated.

3. Check that Notification Snooze is turned Off. Touch More.
4. Ensure Notification Snooze is Off.
5. Check the Motion Sensitivity setting is not set too low.

6. Check the Activity Zones have not been blocked.

7. Check that your Video Doorbell is connected to the Wi-Fi. Touch More.
8. Touch Device Settings.
9. Touch General Settings.
10. The network strength is displayed.
