Not receiving motion notifications

1. Launch the Blink Home Monitor app on your phone.

2. Check that the Video Doorbell is armed. Touch Armed to arm the Video Doorbell.

3. Check that motion alerts are enabled. Touch More.

4. Ensure Notification Snooze is Off.

5. Ensure Motion Detection is On.

6. Check the Motion Sensitivity setting is not set too low.

7. Check the Activity Zones have not been blocked.

8. Check the Privacy Zones have not been blocked.

9. Check that your Video Doorbell is connected to the Wi-Fi. Touch More.

10. Touch Device Settings.

11. Touch General Settings.

12. The network strength and connection to the Sync Module 2 status are displayed.
