Wi-Fi poor or intermittent
1. Ensure your Amazon Fire Tablet is within range of the router.
2. Ensure the router is not surrounded by large solid objects which can block the signal.
3. Having a router in a different room could cause an intermittent signal.
4. Installing a router near cordless phones or microwaves can interrupt the Wi-Fi signal.
5. Scroll to and touch Settings.
6. Touch Internet.
7. Touch Wi-Fi preferences.
8. Touch the Settings icon on connected Wi-Fi name.
9. Touch FORGET.
10. To reconnect, touch the desired Wi-Fi name.
11. Enter the network password, then touch CONNECT.
12. You are now connected to the Wi-Fi network. Touch Home to return to the home screen.
