Change USB connection option
You can change the USB settings so that your Amazon Fire Tablet will sync, charge, etc. when connected to a computer.
1. Plug the USB cable in the Amazon Fire Tablet and the computer.
2. Pull down from the top of the screen.
3. Touch System — Charging this device via USB.
4. Touch Charging this device via USB. Tap for other USB options.
5. Touch the desired option (E.g., File transfer).
6. The USB connection setting has been changed. Touch Home to return to the home screen.
