An app has crashed

1. Scroll to and touch Settings.

2. Touch Apps & Notifications.

3. Touch App info.

4. Scroll to and select the app which has crashed.

5. Touch FORCE STOP.

6. Touch OK.

7. The app has now been closed. Touch Home to return to the home screen.
