An app has crashed
1. From the home screen, pull down from the top of the screen.
2. Touch the settings icon.
3. Enter the PIN, then touch enter.
4. Touch Manage Storage.
5. Touch Internal Storage.
6. Touch Apps & Games.
7. Scroll to and select the app which has crashed.
8. Touch FORCE STOP.
9. Touch OK.
10. The app has now been closed. Touch home to exit.
