    Press the Blue home button to access the on-screen menu.

  • 2. Scroll to TV.
  • 3. Scroll to Recordings, then press OK.
  • 4. To view a recorded programme, scroll to the desired programme, then press OK.
  • 5. Scroll to the desired option (E.g., Play from start), then press OK.
  • 6. The programme will start to play.
  • 7. Press Pause to pause the programme.
  • 8. Press Play to resume.
  • 9. Press F/fwd to fast forward the programme.
  • 10. Press Rewind to rewind the programme.
  • 11. Press Stop to stop the programme and return to the recording list.
  • 12. To delete a recorded programme, scroll to the desired programme.
  • 13. Scroll to Delete, then press OK.
  • 14. Scroll to Yes, then press OK.
  • 15. The selected recorded programme has now been deleted. Press EXIT.
