7. Ensure the power lead is accessible and not trapped under the TV or furniture.
8. Warning: Do not touch the any part of the mains socket or insert the plug with wet hands.
9. Warning: Do not use your TV if the power lead is damaged.

10. Do not leave your TV in standby or operating mode when you leave the house.
When your TV is not being used for a long period of time, unplug the TV from the mains power.
11. To ensure your safety, the power cord plug must be inserted into an earthed three-pole socket. Check carefully and make sure that your socket is properly and reliably earthed.
