Setting up the Parental Controls
Note: Periodically the look of menus and the home screen may change. Images in these guides may not always reflect what you see on screen. These updates are done automatically by the TV.
- 1. Press Home to access the Home Screen.

Scroll to Settings.
- 3.
Scroll to Preferences, then press Select.
- 4.
Scroll to Parental Controls, then press Select.
- 5.
Scroll to Parental Controls, then press Select to activate Parental Controls.
- 6.
Enter a 4 digit password.
- 7. Press Select.
- 8. Press Select.
- 9.
Scroll to Broadcast Ratings, then press Select.
- 10.
Scroll to the desired broadcast rating (E.g., DVB 18), then press Select to lock the broadcast rating.
A padlock icon will be displayed next to the selected blocked rating. - 11.
To unlock the broadcast rating, scroll down to the desired locked broadcast rating (E.g., DVB 18).
- 12.
Press Select.
The padlock icon will disappear.
- 13.
Scroll to PIN-Protect App Launches.
- 14.
Press Select to turn this option ON/OFF.
- 15.
Scroll to PIN-Protect Amazon Photos App.
- 16.
Press Select to turn this option ON/OFF.
- 17.
Press Live to exit.
