    Check the brightness level on your TV has not been set to dark.

  • 2. In a darkened room shine a torch onto the screen. If you can see an image on the screen there is a backlight issue.
    If the product is within warranty, contact your retailer. If the product is outside of the warranty period, either contact Argos technical support or a qualified repair service.
