    Launch the Alexa app on your device.

    Touch Devices.

    Touch All Devices.

  • 4. Touch the device (E.g.,VIDAA Voice TV).
  • 5. Scroll to Registered To.
  • 6.

    Touch Deregister.

  • 7. Touch DEREGISTER.
  • 8. The TV has now been removed from the Alexa app.
  • 9.

    On your TV, Press Home to access the Home Screen.

  • 10.

    Scroll to the Settings, then press OK.

  • 11.

    Scroll to System, then press OK.

  • 12.

    Scroll to Voice Service, then press OK.

  • 13. Scroll to Amazon Alexa.
  • 14. Scroll Disable, then press OK.
  • 15. Scroll to Continue, then press OK.
  • 16. Press EXIT.
