Remote not working

During the TV start up time the remote control does not respond. This is normal behaviour.

Ensure the remote control is paired with your TV.

Replace the batteries in the remote control.
- 4. Check the remote control is sending a signal to your TV.For more information, see the Perform IR remote test topic.
- 5. The remote control may be faulty.
If the product is within warranty, contact your retailer. If the product is outside of the warranty period, either contact Argos technical support or a qualified repair service.
