    Press REC LIST.

    To view a recorded programme, scroll to the desired programme, then press OK.

    The programme will start to play.

  • 4. Press Play / Pause to pause the programme.
  • 5.

    Press Play / Pause to resume.

  • 6.

    Press F/Fwd to fast forward the programme.

  • 7.

    Press Rewind to rewind the programme.

  • 8.

    Press Stop to stop the programme and return to the recording list.

  • 9.

    To delete a recorded programme, scroll to the desired programme, then press the Red button.

  • 10. The recorded programme has now been deleted. Press EXIT.
