• 1. On the new phone swipe up from the bottom of the screen to access all apps.
  • 2. Touch Samsung.
  • 3. Touch Smart Switch.
  • 4. Touch More.
  • 5. Touch Continue.
  • 6. Touch More.
  • 7. Touch Allow.
  • 8. Touch Receive data.
  • 9. Select the operating system of the phone you are transferring from (E.g., Galaxy/Android).
  • 10. Touch the desired option, E.G., Wireless.
  • 11. The phone will search for nearby devices.
  • 12. On the phone you are transferring FROM, open Smart Switch. Touch Wireless, then touch ACCEPT to connect to your new phone.
  • 13. Your new phone will connect to your old phone and search for data to transfer.
  • 14. Select the desired option (E.g., Custom), then touch Next.
  • 15. Scroll to and select the desired data you wish to transfer (E.g., Images).
  • 16. Touch Transfer.
  • 17. The selected data will transfer.
  • 18. Touch Next.
  • 19. Touch Done.
  • 20. The selected data has been transferred to your phone. Touch Home to return to the home screen.
