  • 2. Ensure the Video Doorbell is within range of your router.
  • 3. Ensure the router is not surrounded by large solid objects which can block the signal.
  • 4. Installing a router near cordless phones or microwaves can interrupt the Wi-Fi signal.
  • 5. Ensure the Wi-Fi setting is a 2.4GHz network.
  • 6. Reset your router.
  • 7. Reset and reconnect your Video Doorbell. Touch the exclamation mark.
  • 8. Touch Front Door Settings.
  • 9. Touch Device Health.
  • 10. Touch Change network.
  • 11. Touch RECONNECT TO WI-FI.
  • 12. Touch CONTINUE.
  • 13. Touch the Battery is charged box.
  • 14. Touch CONTINUE.
  • 15. Select the desired option (E.g., No Recent Changes).
  • 16. Select the desired option (E.g., Wi-Fi is Working).
  • 17. Touch I AM NEAR THE DEVICE.
  • 18. Select the desired option (E.g., LIGHT IS SPINNING WHITE).
  • 19. Select your Wi-Fi network.
  • 20. Touch CONTINUE.
  • 21. Your Video Doorbell will connect to the network.
  • 22. Touch OK.
  • 23. Your Video Doorbell is back online.
