1. If your Video Doorbell is offline try the following steps.
2. Ensure the Video Doorbell is within range of your router.
3. Ensure the router is not surrounded by large solid objects which can block the signal.
4. Installing a router near cordless phones or microwaves can interrupt the Wi-Fi signal.
5. Ensure the Wi-Fi setting is a 2.4GHz network.
6. Reset your router.
7. Reset and reconnect your Video Doorbell. Touch the exclamation mark.
8. Touch Front Door Settings.
9. Touch Device Health.
10. Touch Change network.
11. Touch RECONNECT TO WI-FI.
12. Touch CONTINUE.
13. Touch the Battery is charged box.
14. Touch CONTINUE.
15. Select the desired option (E.g., No Recent Changes).
16. Select the desired option (E.g., Wi-Fi is Working).
17. Touch I AM NEAR THE DEVICE.
18. Select the desired option (E.g., LIGHT IS SPINNING WHITE).
19. Select your Wi-Fi network.
20. Touch CONTINUE.
21. Your Video Doorbell will connect to the network.
22. Touch OK.
23. Your Video Doorbell is back online.
