    Ensure the food you are cooking does not have a high fat content, such as sausages, bacon and hamburgers.

    Never add water or other liquids to the cooking chamber.

    Pat dry moist food before air frying.

    Spray meat and vegetables with oil before seasoning to help the seasoning stick.
