• 1. Ensure the baby and parent units are plugged into the mains and confirm both power indicators are on.
  • 2. If you are operating the parent unit using the battery, press any button to reactivate the screen.

  • 3. Ensure that the baby unit is within range of the parent unit by reducing the distance between the baby and parent unit.
  • 4. Check the volume it not set to zero.
