• 1. Check the Batteries are in the Remote the correct way round.
  • 2. Perform an Infrared Remote Camera Test. To do this you will need the Remote and any Smartphone.
  • 3. Open the Camera App on the smartphone.
  • 4. Aim the Infrared Sensor of the remote at the smartphones main camera.
    Make sure that you are able to see the screen of the smartphone.
  • 5. Press any button on the Remote. If you can see a light flashing from the Infrared sensor of the remote, the remote is functioning correctly.
    If there is no flashing, it is likely there is a sensor fault in the remote.
