1. Ensure you have an active internet connection.
2. Ensure you are using the power cable supplied with your Google Nest Mini.
3. Check that Mute is not active. The lights on the Google Nest Mini will be orange.
4. Try to keep your Google Nest Mini away from walls, other speakers or areas of background noise. This will help Google Assistance to hear you better.
5. Try to speak naturally and clearly.
6. Try saying "Hey Google, did you hear me?".
7. If possible, be more specific with your question or try rephrasing your question.
8. If the problem persists, unplug your device and plug it back in again.
