• The purpose of the remote test is to find out if the remote control is sending a signal to the unit. To carry out the test you will need a smart phone with a front facing camera.
  • 1. Open the camera app on the phone and switch to the front facing camera.
  • 2. Aim the remote control at the camera and repeatedly press buttons on the remote control.
  • 3. If you can see the remote control’s infra-red LED flashing on the phone screen, the remote control is working and sending a signal to the unit.
